I keep coming back to the same thing. I get curious about how things work, and the best way I know to figure them out is to build and iterate on something.

Building from Zero
Co-founded Club Khel, an EdTech venture at Imperial College London. Led 100+ user interviews, built the product from scratch, and piloted across 10+ schools reaching 700 students.
Scaling AI Products
At Leena AI, transitioned from engineer to PM. Launched an Employee Engagement product to $5M ARR in 10 months, owned the HR virtual assistant roadmap, and partnered with Fortune 500 clients.
The Next Chapter

Portfolio for a sustainability consultant
Built end-to-end for my wife, a Chartered Accountant turned circular-economy consultant. We wanted the site to feel like the work itself: warm, considered, and structurally rigorous, not another consultant template. I set the brand, designed the type, and shipped it in a weekend.

AI-powered codebase intelligence
A platform that makes any GitHub repository instantly legible. Smart file selection inside Claude's context window feeds a structured analysis pipeline, which then powers six visualization views: an architecture diagram, user flow, tech stack, risk panel, version diff, and a grounded chat assistant. Live in production at Northwestern, gated by university email.

Play-based learning for primary schools
Co-founded at Imperial College London on a single observation: children in underserved schools learn math faster through sport than through lectures. We built a play-based platform where coaches run sessions on the court and students reflect in the app afterwards. Piloted in 10+ schools, reached 700 students, hit 45% DAU/MAU.

From pure noise to emoji faces: building a tiny diffusion model
I trained a small DDPM on a few hundred face emojis and saved a sample grid every 50 epochs. The progression from random pixel mush to recognizably composed novel emojis is the most satisfying training video I have produced.

Building self-attention from for-loops to debug a transformer
A tiny GPT was failing at squaring numbers. To understand why, I rewrote attention in plain Python, looked at the heatmaps, and surgically boosted the right scores until the model stopped getting things wrong.
